Electrical system design
Concept, detailed and construction-stage design for residential, commercial and industrial buildings, complete with calculations, single-line diagrams and bills of quantities.

An engineering studio specialising in electrical installations, transformer substations and photovoltaics. From feasibility to commissioning, we handle every stage with the accountability of people who sign their own drawings.
What we do
We follow a project from first sketch to final testing: feasibility studies, detailed design, permitting, works supervision and commissioning.
Concept, detailed and construction-stage design for residential, commercial and industrial buildings, complete with calculations, single-line diagrams and bills of quantities.
Design of delivery and transformer substations, from the grid connection request through to commissioning with the distribution operator.
Self-consumption photovoltaic installations for businesses and homes, including yield studies, GSE paperwork and battery storage.
We run the site on the client’s behalf: checking that what gets built matches what was designed, measuring the works, and signing off the result.
We handle the paperwork, which is usually what actually holds a project up: authorities, network operators, the fire service and building control.
Energy audits and retrofit work to bring consumption down, always with a clear view of what the investment pays back.
Portfolio
A selection of work across industry, commercial property and renewable energy. Every job is handled in-house, from design through to commissioning.
A new 1,250 kVA delivery and transformer substation for a metalworking firm, designed to double available capacity without stopping production.
A self-consumption photovoltaic array across 6,000 m² of warehouse roof, with live load monitoring and provision for battery storage.
Power, lighting and low-voltage systems for a four-storey office building, designed to be reconfigured each time the tenants change.
The studio
We are a small team of engineers. The person who answers the phone is the same person who signs the drawings and turns up on site.
AboutThe person who answers the phone signs the drawings and turns up on site. Your job does not get passed between departments.
We check permits, available capacity and structural limits at the start — not once work has begun, when changing course costs ten times as much.
You get as-built drawings and an orderly document set. In ten years, whoever opens that switchboard will understand what was done.
Every efficiency proposal comes with measured consumption and a calculated payback. If it does not stack up, we say so.
A ten-minute phone call is usually enough to tell whether we can help.
