1. Data controller

The data controller is NEW PROJECT S.r.l., registered at Via Castellana 88 C/D int. 1, 30030 Martellago (VE), Italy, VAT no. 03650410271.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you send us voluntarily through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional) and the content of your message.

This site uses no profiling cookies, installs no analytics, and does not track your browsing. There is therefore no cookie banner, because there are no cookies to consent to.

3. Why we process it

What you send is used for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry and, where it leads there, to prepare a quotation. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

We do not use your details for marketing, do not pass them to third parties, and do not sell them to anyone.

4. How it is transmitted

The contact form uses an external service to forward your message to our inbox. That service acts as a data processor and keeps a copy of the message for a limited period (30 days in the current configuration) before deleting it. Data is transmitted and stored encrypted.

The site is served over HTTPS only, so what you submit travels encrypted.

5. How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as is needed to handle the enquiry and, where it becomes a professional engagement, for the periods required by Italian tax and civil law. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing. You may also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise these rights, write to info@newprojectsrl.it. We respond within thirty days.

If you believe the processing of your data breaches the Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
