How we work
We come and look. We work out what is already there, what is actually needed, and what constrains it — available capacity, space, permits.
We establish whether the job can be done and what it costs, before money goes into detailed design.
Calculations, drawings, quantities and specifications — the document that lets you get comparable quotes from several contractors.
Grid connections, fire service, GSE, earthing notifications. The part that most often stretches the programme if it is not started early.
We check that what gets built is what was designed, test it, sign it off, and hand over the as-built documentation.
